Certified Holistic Health & Life Transformation Coach | Healer | Cultural Bridge
I’m Aja Diack—a daughter of Walo royalty, a descendant of the fierce and legendary Lingueer Ndatté Yalla Mbodj and Lingueer Penda Mbodj, and a modern-day guide for women and youth ready to reclaim their health, power, and purpose.
For years, I wore the strong-woman mask. Always giving, always caring, always on the go—until my body and spirit said, “Enough.”
And while I was busy caring for others, I was silently breaking.
Perimenopause hit me like a storm—weight gain, belly fat that wouldn’t budge, insomnia, and a deep emotional fog.
Even as a wellness expert, I couldn’t “push through” this one.
Despite eating healthy, working out, and doing “all the things,” I struggled with unexplained fatigue, stubborn belly fat, burnout, and the weight of unhealed emotions.
But before the titles, before the healing, and before I reclaimed my power… I was just like the women and youth I now serve: burnt out, overlooked, disconnected, and searching for more.
It wasn’t until I turned back to the ancestral wisdom buried in my bloodline that I finally found true healing.
I tapped into my roots. I studied my lineage. I remembered that I come from warrior queens who led with both strength and softness. I reclaimed my body, my rhythm, and my sacred “yes” to life.
I remembered the rituals. The food. The plants. The grounding. The prayers. The rest. And I made it my mission to blend ancient African traditions with modern holistic science to help women—especially African women and women of color—awaken their inner Queen, transform their lives, and break generational cycles of pain, silence, and self-neglect.
Today, I coach women and empower African youth around the world to rise into their greatness. Whether it’s through a plant-based reset, mindset mastery, ancestral empowerment, or self-love rituals that feel like coming home—you don’t just work with me to get “healthy.” You come to reclaim your crown.
This isn’t just wellness.
This is a movement. A remembering. A return.
Let’s rise, together.
My Heritage Queen Lingueer Penda Mbodji👑 and Queen Lingueer Ndatte Yalla Mbodj 👑
I carry the blood of Lingueer Ndatté Yalla Mbodj—the last queen of the Walo Kingdom and a fierce defender of African dignity.
And of Lingueer Penda Mbodj, her equally powerful predecessor who was a political mastermind, royal power broker, and queen mother in the Walo Kingdom whose legacy paved the way for African resistance to colonial rule. She embodied strength, strategy, and sovereignty in a world that underestimated African female rulers.
These women weren’t just royalty—they were resistance, wisdom, and warriors of light.
Their legacy runs through everything I do—from my podcast, to my programs, to the way I walk in this world.
This isn’t just coaching.
This is ancestral reclamation, personal revolution, and unapologetic transformation.

Let’s Journey Together:
If you’re ready to:
Reclaim your health and energy as a woman
Step into confidence and purpose as a young African
Heal generational patterns and step into your divine assignment
Then we need to connect.
Because you, too, come from greatness. And it’s time the world sees it.
